Great question!! I am located in Killeen. However, due to not having space to take on clients at the moment, my services are currently mobile,  meaning, I come to you. For your appointment, I bring my table to your home for your Reiki session. If this is something you're not comfortable with, please contact me and we can see if a remote session would be a better option for you.

To have the most effective results, it is important to refrain from excess caffeine or other stimulants, and alcohol for at least 3-4 hours before your appointment.  You will want to wear loose, comfortable clothing and make sure you are well hydrated, before, during, and after the session.  Please feel free to bring water!  Also, avoid eating a heavy meal prior to your session.  

How people feel Reiki can vary from person to person.  You will feel relaxed, enter a meditative state, or may even fall asleep.  Some people will feel warmth, tingling, gentle pressure, pulses of energy being delivered,  while some people, feel nothing at all.  Rest assured, even if you aren't feeling any of these sensations, you are still receiving the amazing benefits that Reiki has to offer! 

It is highly recommended that you stay well hydrated and eat a nutritious meal with plenty of fruits and vegetables.  If you are able to, take a cleansing sea salt bath, after your session.  If you are not able to do a bath right away, take a nice shower, and a bath within the next day or two. This will help your body finish clearing any little bit of residual energy that needs to be removed after your healing.   Last and final step, get a good night's rest!  You should find you have some of the best sleep you've had in a while.
